Marine Event Permit

Before completing this application form, a person desiring a marine event permit should read Chapter 391-4-5 of the Rules of the Department of Natural Resouces governing marine events.

Applications for marine events must be received by the Boating Law Administrator at least 30 days prior to the event. Marine events with more than 10,000 participants and spectators must be received at least 90 days prior to the event.

Attach a copy of a chart, map, or scale drawing showing boundaries and or courses and markers contemplated.

Send the completed application to the DNR Law Enforcement Regional Office within your area of the event.
