Proposed Amendments (view proposed amendment information here) to Rule 391-4-10-.07, Exceptions, Protection of Endangered, Threatened, Rare, or Unusual Species, to allow the take of wild peregrine falcons for falconry purposes are being considered by the Board of Natural Resources.

These are proposed only and are subject to change after the summer meeting of the Atlantic Flyway Council and the USFWS Regulations Committee in late July. The Board of Natural Resources will consider final adoption of the proposed season at its August 27th Board meeting.
