Sapelo Island National Estuarine Research ReserveThe Sapelo Island National Estuarine Research Reserve (SINERR,) one of 26 research reserves around the country, is administered by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and managed by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division.
