A Career as a Conservation Ranger
Conservation Ranger Testing ProcedureThe Conservation Ranger exam is administered by State Personnel Administration (SPA) two times per year. The exam is typically administered between the months of April and July each year at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth, GA. Exam dates and times will be published on the websites listed below approximately two months prior to any testing or as soon as the dates and times are selected:

Test results should appear in the applicant’s account on www.careers.ga.gov within two weeks of taking the exam. Based on test results, applicants who meet the established cutoff score will be contacted via e-mail with additional procedures to follow regarding the interview and hiring process.
