  • Zoo Atlanta - Feb. 28, 2015, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Through a generous grant award from the Pittulloch Foundation, Zoo Atlanta is excited to announce sponsorship for 117 educators to attend one of our Early Childhood Education Teacher Workshops, at no cost!. Teachers will experience tours, hands-on activities, and up-close animal encounters, and go home with unique curriculum for their classroom. It’s an exciting way to earn six Bright From the Start credit hours! Early Childhood educators must apply online.
  • Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge - Mar. 11, 2015, 9 a.m.-noon. To register, contact Sarah Wyatt at sarah_wyatt@fws.gov. Cost is $20 and includes growing up wild guide and educational materials.
