Learn the basics of GPS and then discover the fun of geocaching; a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS–enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache (container) hidden at that location. Participants will learn to use a GPS as a navigation tool, how to input coordinates and follow those coordinates to a set location, and how to find hidden geocaches.

From I-20 east take Exit 98 (GA Hwy. 11, Monroe-Monticello). Head south on Hwy. 11 for approximately 12 miles. Marben Farm Rd. marks the north entrance to CEWC and allows access to the Visitor Center, BADA, Conference Center, Fishing, Hiking , and shooting ranges. Continue down Hwy. 11 to access the CEWC south entrance at Shepherd Rd.
