User Name, Password and Login Problems FAQs
I have a login account on this Web site and I forgot my user name and/or password. What do I do?
You can request your user name and password here. We will e-mail your user name and password to the e-mail address that you entered when you created or updated your login account.
I requested my user name and password and have not received the e-mail. What do I do?
Your user name and password will be e-mailed to the address that you are prompted to enter when you request your user name and password (see the question above). If you experience problems, please contact us and we will correct your e-mail address so you can access your account.

My user name and password don't work. What am I doing wrong?
The user name and password are case sensitive. You must enter your user name and password exactly as you entered them when you created your login account. If you copied and pasted the user name and password that was e-mailed to you, make sure that you did not copy any spaces after the user name or password.
If that fails, request your user name and password here. Enter the user name and password exactly as you see them in the e-mail.
If that fails, it may be because you are trying to enter a user name and password associated with previous online transactions on other Web sites. Prior to July 1, 2003, WRD used two private vendors, Greatlodge.com and Permit.com, to handle online transactions. Passwords and user names that you used on Greatlodge.com or Permit.com will not work on this Web site. You will have to create a login account when you purchase licenses on this Web site.
