Proposed Regulations

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to authority contained in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Secs. 12-2-1, 12-2-2, 12-2-24 and 50-13-3, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources proposes to amend Rule 391-1-1.01, pertaining to Organization, and repeal Rule 391-1-1-.02, pertaining to Description and Duties of the Commissioner's Office and Divisions. 

The purpose of the proposed amendment and repeal is to update, consolidate and streamline the description of the Department to reflect its current organizational structure.
